Rental terms
- Rates include accommodation rental for 6 days / 7 nights.
(arrival on Saturday from 5:00 pm – departure on Saturday before 10:00 am) - Utilities included: water, electricity and heating.
- The tourist tax is not included in the rental price.

Offer two types of management agreements
- Market your property through our website, the HMVT marketplace and various Tour Operators.
- Manage rental contracts / payments / rent transfers.
- Prepare the apartments before/after stays (water/electric meter setup and shutdown).
- Welcome guests (key handover / deposit collection).
- Manage check-ins and check-outs via the Keep in Touch app.
- Intervene 7 days a week for any technical issues.
- Handle end-of-stay and end-of-season cleaning.
