The Aussois ski area extends from 1,500 to 2,700 metres above sea level, offering wide, sunny slopes for all ability levels. The snow front, located at the foot of the Maison d’Aussois, is ideal for families, with beginner ski lifts, a toboggan area, the ESF snow garden, a childcare centre and entertainment activities. It is also the departure point for the Grand Jeu chairlift, which provides access to the heart of the ski area at 2,200 metres, allowing everyone to enjoy high-altitude skiing, while beginners can return by chairlift.
Thanks to its fast lift system, the upper part of the ski area is accessible in less than 15 minutes, particularly via the Armoise chairlift (2,610 metres), which offers exceptional panoramic views of the Vanoise National Park and the Alps. The Fournache sector (2,700 metres), with its north and north-west exposure, provides more technical skiing that is particularly appreciated by experienced skiers.
A high-performance snowmaking system guarantees ski-in/ski-out access from December to April.
