GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
1. Purpose and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the “GTCU”) govern the contractual relationship between Société de Gestion des Activités Touristiques Parrachée Vanoise and any natural or legal person wishing to access or use the services and activities offered at the Aussois Leisure Centre.
These GTCU apply to the following services:
- Swimming pool admissions
- Swimming pool memberships
- Aquagym sessions
- Baby swimming sessions
- 1.5-hour access to the wellness area
- Zen Evenings (swimming pool + wellness area during evening opening hours)
- Massage chair
- Tennis lessons
- Mini golf
The purchase of a ticket, membership, or reservation implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these GTCU and of the internal regulations applicable to the swimming pool and wellness area.
2. Opening Periods and Hours
The swimming pool is generally open:
- Winter season: from mid-December to mid-April
- Summer season: from mid-June to the end of August
Detailed opening hours are displayed at the entrance of the facility and on the official website.
In the event of an exceptional closure (technical reasons, weather conditions, events, etc.), the Operator will endeavour to inform the public as soon as possible.
3. Access and Admission Conditions
Any person accessing the facilities must have paid the applicable admission fee and be able to provide proof thereof.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult wearing swimwear and present in the water if the child is unable to swim. Access to the wellness area is restricted to persons over 16 years of age.
Access may be refused if the maximum authorised occupancy is reached or for safety and hygiene reasons. The internal regulations displayed on-site and attached to these GTCU shall apply.
4. Memberships
Memberships are valid for a maximum period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
They are neither refundable, exchangeable, nor redeemable in the event of total or partial non-use, except where otherwise required by law.
5. Conditions of Use and Safety
The Customer agrees to comply with the rules set out in the internal regulations of the aquatic and wellness areas, particularly regarding hygiene, attire, conduct, and safety. Any breach may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
6. Refunds
In the event of pool evacuation, admissions will only be refunded if the Customer entered the facility less than one hour before the evacuation. No refunds will be granted for other services except in duly established cases of force majeure.
7. Equipment Loan and Deposit
Upon request, pétanque balls and tennis rackets may be loaned.
A security deposit (cheque or cash) may be required and will be returned after verification of the equipment's condition.
8. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are displayed at the entrance and on the official website.
Accepted payment methods:
- Euro cheque payable to Société Parrachée Vanoise (upon presentation of valid identification)
- Cash in euros (€)
- Bank card (excluding American Express)
- ANCV holiday vouchers (no change given)
In accordance with Article L541-15-10 of the French Environmental Code, payment receipts are printed only upon the Customer’s request.
9. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted within 30 days following the event giving rise to the complaint, without prejudice to statutory limitation periods, to:

10. Personal Data Protection
The information requested is mandatory for the issuance of access passes. In the absence of such information, access passes cannot be issued.
Certain data (address, email address, telephone number) may be used for the purpose of sending commercial offers in accordance with the French LCEN Act of 21 June 2004.
Data relating to the use of the facilities may be collected for management, monitoring, and statistical purposes.
Anonymous passes are available only for day admissions.
The data is intended exclusively for Société Parrachée Vanoise.
11. Applicable Law – Mediation – Disputes
These GTCU are governed by French law.
In the event of a translated version, only the French version shall prevail.
Any dispute shall first be subject to an attempt at mediation before legal proceedings are initiated.
Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
